Welcome to NNPlays. By accessing or using nnplays.in (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

NNPlays provides free browser-based games. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Choose a handle that is not offensive or impersonating. We may reset handles that violate this.
• You must provide a valid email to register.

3. Fair play

Don't cheat, tamper with scores, use bots, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards. We may remove scores or accounts that do.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.

5. No gambling

NNPlays games are for entertainment only. There is no real-money wagering, betting, or prizes of monetary value. Card games such as Poker Blitz are skill/score puzzles with no chips of monetary value.

6. Intellectual property

The NNPlays name, site, and original games are our property. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or redistribute the games without permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
